Complete the form below to request school lunches for students beginning Monday, August 31st at each school location. Requesting lunch pickup will provide lunches for the entire week. Lunches will be picked up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:30-1 pm. (*Please note the time change for meal pickup) Meal prices are determined by student eligibility.
