Mrs. Skelton graduated from Auburn University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She also attended Jacksonville State to obtain her accounting hours. Mrs. Skelton spent 11 years in the rail industry working in various sectors: freight car repair, corporate accounting and financial planning and analysis.
