Kelly Swafford earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She has been with Gadsden City Schools for twenty years, serving in various roles at Ray Thompson Elementary, R.A. Mitchell Elementary, the Federal Programs Office, the Secondary & Curriculum Office, and Gadsden City High School. Her current position is the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent.
